Traditional braces remain one of the most effective tools in orthodontics. Comprising metal or ceramic brackets connected by wires and tiny rubber bands or elastics, these braces are affixed to your teeth. Regular check-ups with our specialists ensure that these components work in harmony to gently apply the necessary pressure to your teeth, guiding them into their ideal positions. Moody braces are an excellent solution for both simple and complex dental issues. They are also a budget-friendly choice. These braces often work more quickly than other methods at closing gaps and aligning teeth, potentially reducing your overall treatment time. Plus, they don't require the complicated technology or costly equipment that some newer treatments do.
The Moody Invisalign system employs clear, removable aligners to gradually align your teeth, offering a popular alternative to traditional braces. These aligners are crafted from a comfortable plastic material and are designed to fit snugly over your teeth. They are virtually invisible and are typically replaced every 1-2 weeks to keep your teeth moving in the desired direction. For optimal results, it's crucial to wear your aligners for 20-22 hours each day. Failure to do so can result in slower treatment progress or even a lack of results. Invisalign is most effective for correcting many common orthodontic issues but may not be suitable for particularly complex cases. A complimentary consultation with Designer Smiles by Benton can help determine your eligibility for Invisalign.
